Warranty on custom PC builds

For custom PC builds, we provide a 2-year warranty covering both the parts we order on your behalf and the workmanship of the build itself.

Warranty on repairs

For repairs, the warranty period depends on the type of repair performed. The applicable warranty terms will be communicated to you when you receive the price offer.

What this warranty does not cover

• Damage caused by accidents, physical impact, liquid spillage, or exposure to extreme conditions.
• Damage resulting from improper use, negligence, or use beyond the specifications of the parts.
• Normal wear and tear, such as cooling fans, thermal paste, batteries, or dust filters.
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by third parties.
